Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body that has the power to hear and decide appeals and requests for special exceptions in matters related to the City's Zoning Ordinance. (Tenn. Code Ann. § 13-7-207). The five-member board is appointed by the mayor, except for the Board of Mayor and Aldermen representative. (Tenn. Code Ann. § 13-7-205 and Spring Hill Municipal Code § 14-202)

Meetings

The BOZA meets at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, as needed, in the City Hall Courtroom.
