The City of Spring Hill has many caring citizens willing to demonstrate their love for others during challenging times such as the death of a loved one or a tragic accident. There are over 20 of these volunteers throughout the city willing and able to offer grief support and peer support when needed to ensure our citizens not only get the services expected from their first responders but also have someone to share the burdens life often brings.
Spring Hill Police Detective Jeff Alexander, Library Director Dana Juriew, and Spring Hill Fire Assistant Chief Mike Bryan are city employees who help direct, organize, and train volunteers so they can safely and efficiently fulfill their hope of helping those in need. These volunteers act of their own volition to do just that. What an amazing team!
